Love English provides live, online English lessons connecting students with independent teachers. We operate the platform that lets you discover teachers, book lessons and courses, attend live classes, and manage payments.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms and manage the account on your behalf if you're younger.

Lessons and courses are scheduled with a teacher at a confirmed time. A free trial lesson is limited to one per student. Teachers are independent specialists; while we vet and support them, each is responsible for delivering their own lessons.

Prices are shown before you pay. Some payments are made directly (for example by WeChat) and are confirmed by our team before a lesson can be scheduled. By submitting a payment you confirm it is genuine and authorized. We may hold scheduling until a payment is verified.

You may cancel a lesson free of charge up to the published cut-off before it starts; the lesson returns to your account to reschedule. Cancelling after the cut-off may forfeit the lesson or reduce its length, and the teacher may receive a cancellation fee. Refunds for verified payments are handled case by case and, where applicable, through the original payment method.

Be respectful in lessons and messages. Don't share another person's account, attempt to bypass payments, harass teachers or students, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Courseware, lesson PDFs, and other materials are provided for your personal learning during your lessons. They remain the property of Love English or its teachers and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside your own use.

A lesson may be recorded so you can review it afterward. Recordings are stored securely, available for a limited time, and used only to support your learning.

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features, these terms, or our policies; significant changes will be posted here with a new date.

To the extent permitted by law, Love English is not liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law.
